ARTWORK & EMBROIDERY FILES

Artwork, logos and other files supplied to CAPTRIX may be retained after an order is completed so that future repeat orders can be produced without requiring the artwork to be prepared again.

Embroidery files created by CAPTRIX may also be retained for production and repeat-order purposes.

If you would like to discuss deletion of supplied artwork or other retained information, please contact CAPTRIX.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments are processed using Shopify and its supported payment providers.

CAPTRIX does not generally receive or store complete payment card details.

Payment providers may collect and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and security requirements.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS

We may provide necessary personal information to shipping and delivery providers so that your order can be delivered.

This may include your name, address, phone number and email address where required for delivery or tracking.
