EMBROIDERY INFO

All embroidery is digitised in-house and stitched specifically for the selected cap style. Each order is checked before dispatch for stitch quality, placement and finish.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Vector artwork is preferred: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. High-resolution PNG files are also accepted. If your artwork needs adjustment for embroidery, we’ll contact you before production.

TURNAROUND

Production begins after artwork approval. Standard turnaround will depend on order size and current production workload.

SHIPPING

Australia-wide shipping available. Finished caps are packed carefully to help protect their shape and embroidery during transit. Production begins after artwork approval, with a typical turnaround of 7–14 business days.
